A weapon supply has been stopped in northern Afghanistan

Almaty. January 19. Silkroadnews – National security officers arrested two people supplying weapons to “Taliban” militants in the northern province of Jowzjan, Afghan news agency (AfTAG) informs.
They were carrying weapons to the rebels when arrested. According to the police report, during the search the security representatives seized a rocket-launcher, machine gun and two assault rifles.
The weapon has been reported as purchased from the Taliban supporters among the civil servants in one of the neighboring provinces. The investigation is under process.
