Almaty. September 13. Silkroadnews – About 70 thousand people live below the extreme poverty line in Kyrgyzstan, Minister of Labor and Social Development of the Kyrgyz Republic Kudaibergen Bazarbaev reported, KyrTAG writes.
According to him, since 2010 Kyrgyzstan has been working to build peace and stability and undertake the development steps.
«Over the years Kyrgyzstan has decreased the extreme poverty line from 4.5% to 1.2%. Today though we have around 70 thousand Kyrgyz citizens living below the extreme poverty line», he added.
