Abu Dhabi will not reach a record 3.5 million barrels per day before the end of 2017

Almaty. June 4. Silkroadnews - Abu Dhabi does not intend to increase the capacity of oil production to a record 3.5 million barrels/day to the end of 2017. This was stated by the representative of the Abu Dhabi National Oil Company Qassem al-Kayumi, transits portal "Vesti.Ekonomika".
It is noted that the target level will be reached no earlier than 2018. In 2017, production will increase only to 3.4 million barrels/day.
Now Adnoc produces about 3 million barrels/days. The company previously planned to increase production by 500 thousand barrels/days to the end of 2017. Abu Dhabi is the largest emirate of the UAE, on its territory locates about 6% of world oil reserves.
