Afghanistan could not in time create a government of national unity

Almaty. November 14. Silkroadnews - In Afghanistan, it was not possible in time to create a national unity government, handed over Afghan News Agency (AfTAG).
As noted, after the inauguration of the new president of Afghanistan, Ashraf Ghani promised that the Cabinet of Ministers will be submitted within 45 days, but the Cabinet has not been formed yet.
One reason for the delay of forming the government, as experts note, are the differences between A.Gani and Abdullah Abdullah. In a political agreement, which was signed by them after the election, said that the cabinet will be formed on the basis of 50 to 50. However, the parties could not agree on the division of powers and the allocation of key positions.
A joint commission decided just some of the questions. The remaining problems, as claimed members of these commissions may decide only A.Gani and Abdullah Abdullah.
Meanwhile, Abdullah Abdullah, during a meeting with representatives of civil society in some areas stated that in the creation of a new cabinet with the president of Afghanistan they have no disagreement.
It is reported that the president created a commission composed of 5 persons for the selection of candidates and the subsequent appointment of officers. Thus the members of this commission are solely A.Gani people around, and there are no representative from chief executive of Abdullah Abdullah.
It is worth noting that according to the law of the IRA, the maximum term of office shall be just one month. Thus, the current government is not legally legitimate.
Recall Ashraf Ghani was inaugurated as President of Afghanistan on September 29.
