Afghanistan created the Ministry for Emergency Situations

Almaty. October 23. Silkroadnews - Afghanistan's Office to combat the effects of natural disasters was reorganized into the Ministry of Emergency Situations in accordance with the presidential decree, said Afghan News Agency (AfTAG).
This was announced on Wednesday at a press conference by Mohammad Sarwar Danish, who noted that this decision was preceded by careful analytical work. It is expected that the upgrading will allow the agency to expand its activities and play an important role in ensuring the safety of the population in the fight against natural hazards.
The head of the new Ministry appointed Wais Ahmad Barmak, he previously held various positions both within the administration and in the ministry of restoration and development of the village.
