Afghanistan for the first 9 months decreased investment activity by 26%

Almaty. November 6. Silkroadnews - According to the Investment Support Agency of Afghanistan (AISA), in the provinces significantly decreased investment activity, while at the same time in Kabul noted an increase of investments by 10%, reported "Afganistan.Ru."
According to the head of AISA Eid Hakdzho, total investments in the first 9 months of 2015 amounted to only $450 million, compared to the $610 million in the same period in 2014. Significantly (by 58%) decreased investments in the construction sector: $200 million in 2014 and $83 million in 2015.
Investment in the industry fell by 25% in agriculture by 14%, services by 14%.
In the structure of investments 82% are local investors and only 18% - foreign, said a senior official.
