Afghanistan in 9 months provided humanitarian assistance to Tajikistan in the amount of almost $1 million

Almaty. October 15. Silkroadnews - The total amount of humanitarian assistance to Tajikistan from Afghanistan in the first nine months of this year  $976 thousand, reported Afghan News Agency (AfTAG).
For example, last month, Tajikistan received humanitarian aid from Afghanistan in the amount of $64 thousand.
According to the Agency for Statistics under the President of Tajikistan, Afghanistan's share in the total amount received by Tajikistan in January-September this year, humanitarian aid is 3.1%.
In general, for the first nine months of this year Tajikistan received humanitarian aid worth more than $31.5 million. This assistance, a total weight of more than 16 thousand tons, was given from 36 countries.
Among the donor countries the greatest share of the cost of humanitarian assistance fells to Germany - 27.5%; Netherlands (10.8%), Russia (9.8%), China (8.6%), the USA (6.8%), Denmark (6.7%), UAE (5.7% ), Austria (3.3%), Afghanistan (3.1%), India (2.5%), and other countries.
