Afghanistan ranks first in number of journalists killed in 2018

Beijing. Jul 3. Silkroadnews - Afghanistan ranks first in number of journalists killed in 2018, the Afghan Telegraph Agency (AfTAG) reports referring to New-York-based the Committee to Protect Journalists.
According to the most recent data by the organization, 10 out of 33 journalists, who died this year, died in Afghanistan. Five reporters were killed in Syria, four in the U.S., three in India, the official data says.
