Afghanistan recounts the 2nd round of presidential elections

Almaty. July 21. Silkroadnews - Afghanistan resumed recount of the second round of presidential elections, according to Afghan news agency (AfTAG).
"The process of re-counting of votes, the results of which should determine a new president, was resumed after a day after suspending" - said in a statement on Monday.
This time, the differences between the teams of candidates have been overcome after six-hour talks, which was also attended by representatives of the UN. Following the discussion, it was decided to announce a number of signed unlawfully ballots invalid, which allowed to resume counting of votes.
