After 2.5 years Kyrgyzstan is crucial to elect a new president, said Atambayev

Almaty. March 31. Silkroadnews - Acting President of Kyrgyzstan Almazbek Atambayev said that at the next election the country is crucial to elect the new president, said KyrTAG.
"This year, it is important to hold fair parliamentary elections, because after 2.5 year we will elect a new president. It is fundamentally important to elect a new president. We have to hold absoutely fair parliamentary elections so that after 2.5 years, people without doubt would go to the polls",- said Atambayev during a meeting with representatives of the expert and journalist communities, as well as the diplomatic corps of Belgium.
Referring to the progress of visits to the countries and institutions of the European Union, the President said he was satisfied with the outcome of the negotiations.
The President also touched the issues of the forthcoming country's participation in the integration processes in the Eurasian space, as well as foreign policy priorities, emphasizing that decisions on these issues are based on the national interests of Kyrgyzstan.
