Arab countries intend to deepen cooperation with China in all fields

Almaty. May 18. Silkroadnews - Arab countries support the initiative put forward by China on the establishment of the Sino-Arab community with a common destiny and hope to further deepen exchanges and cooperation in all areas, transmits Xinhua news agency with reference to the Assistant Secretary General of the Arab League Fadel Mohammed Jawad.
The Chinese side put forward the initiative on the joint construction of "Economic belt of the Silk Road" and "Maritime Silk Road of the 21st century", as well as create a community with common interests and communities with a common destiny, which received a positive response from the Arab states.
According to him, for the implementation of various agreements reached at the ministerial meeting in 2014, orderly functioning mechanism of China-Arab strategic political dialogue. Its first meeting will be held soon in Cairo, where the sides will discuss ways to promote cooperation in various fields and exchanged views on regional and international sensitive issues such as the problem of Libya, Yemen, Syria and Palestine.
F.M. Jawad said that China has already invested in a number of important projects in the Arab countries in such sectors as energy, transport, housing, etc. He noted that the Arab countries are also hoping to get good experience of economic development and advanced scientific technologies in China.
F.M. Jawad confirmed that the Arab League is going to promote the development of relations with China, promote strengthening of consensus and expand exchanges and cooperation in various fields between the parties.
