Beijing. May 14. Silkroadnews - About 40 people were killed because of a dust storm with a thunderstorm that hit northern India on Sunday, the Kazakh Telegraph Agency (KazTAG) reports with reference to TASS.
According to the publication, the states of Uttar Pradesh, Andhra Pradesh, West Bengal and the Capital District of Delhi suffered the most.
This is the third such storm that struck the north of India in recent days: at least 11 people reported dead on May 10, and earlier, on May 2, a similar storm, accompanied by rain and thunderstorm, according to recent estimates, left nearly 120 people killed.
