Regarding the Wednesday evening fixing in dollar terms it decreased by 7.25.
The cost of gold ounce in euro made 1114.978 (-2.783), and in British pound 879.225 (-6.675).
The interbank gold fixing is carried out every trading day at 10.30 and 15.00 GMT. The fixing results are used as a guide to trade the gold futures around the world. 5 financial institutes physically participating in delivery of gold determine the price.
