Regarding the Tuesday evening fixing in dollar terms it decreased by 7.65.
The cost of gold ounce in euro made 1098.087 (-4.995) and in British pound 867.447 (-3.306).
The interbank gold fixing is carried out every trading day at 10.30 and 15.00 GMT. The fixing results are used as a guide to trade the gold futures around the world. 5 financial institutes physically participating in delivery of gold determine the price.
