Regarding the Wednesday evening fixing in dollar terms it rose by 5.65.
The cost of gold ounce in euro made 1113.208 (+9.376), and in British pound 877.017 (+7.407).
The interbank gold fixing is carried out every trading day at 10.30 and 15.00 GMT. The fixing results are used as a guide to trade the gold futures around the world. 5 financial institutes physically participating in delivery of gold determine the price.
