Regarding the Friday evening fixing in dollar terms it rose by 23,05.
The cost of gold ounce in euros made 1050,115 (+15,907), and in British pounds 810,443 (+16,386).
The interbank gold fixing is carried out every trading day at 10.30 and 15.00 GMT. The fixing results are used as a guide to trade the gold futures around the world. 5 financial institutes physically participating in delivery of gold determine the price.
