At the Kyrgyz-Tajik border happened skirmish - 1 person injured

Almaty. July 7. Silkroadnews - On July 6 at Kocho-Karyn area of Batken region in Kyrgyz-Tajik state border happened an incident with a weapon; 1 person injured, reported KyrTAG.
"According to preliminary information, the border guard in Kyrgyzstan noted Tajik citizens in the amount of six people who crossed the territory of the Kyrgyz Republic and started to throw stones at vehicles belonging to Kyrgyzstanis,  passing on the road Batken - Isfana",- said the Department of Public Relations and Mass Media of the State Border Service of Kyrgyzstan.
Violators did not subject to the requirement of the Kyrgyz border guards to return to the territory of Tajikistan and started throwing stones at them.
"Arrived at the place of the conflict border guard did not take measures to prevent acts of hooliganism of Tajik citizens. Moreover, Tajik border guards using force, along with citizens of Tajikistan have attempted to acquire weapons of Kyrgyz border guards. In the course of the conflict each side have made one shot, as a result of which one Tajik citizen was shot", - said in a statement.
The incident went under investigation.
Meanwhile, as reported Tajikistan rejects the mentioned above information.
