Baku and some other Azerbaijani cities were de-energized cause of explosion at CHP plant

Beijing. Jul 3. Silkroadnews - Baku and a number of other cities of Azerbaijan have been de-energized after an explosion at the Central Heating and Power Plant in Azerbaijan, the Kazakh Telegraph Agency (KazTAG) reports with reference to RBC.
As a result of the explosion occurred at one of the substations of the Mingechaursk heat and power plant Baku, as well as some other major cities in the west and center of Azerbaijan have been left de-energized, the report reads on Tuesday.
The cities concerned are Sumgait, Shirvan, Ganja, Ardash and Zagatala.
