Beijing launched the program to attract foreign specialists in the framework of city innovative development

Almaty. January 14. Silkroadnews - Ministry of Public Security of China said in support of 20 measures to improve the immigration policy within the innovative development of Beijing framework, “People’s Daily” informed.
“These measures shall include visa policy for foreigners, their entry into the territory of Chinese Peoples Republic, as well as their departures, temporary and permanent residence, etc. The new policy will come into force on March 1, 2016”, the publication says.
As a general the measures introduced for the immigration policy are mainly focused on the innovative development of Beijing, specifically to attract four categories of foreign specialists - foreign talent of high level, the Chinese specialists with foreign citizenship trained abroad and returned to China to start a business, the young foreign students and foreign members of the entrepreneurial team.
In addition, the first trials of the new policy are carried out in Zhongguancun national innovation demonstration zone.
