Beijing plans to build a second administrative center

Almaty. July 13. Silkroadnews - Beijing will speed up the construction of administrative support center and will endeavor to keep the population within 23 million people, reported the Xinhua news agency.
As noted, the administrative support center will be located in suburban Tongzhou in the south-east of Beijing.
Beijing prohibits adding new beds in hospitals Dongcheng and Xicheng, located in the heart of the city. Hospital "Tiantan", located next to the famous temple Tiantan (Temple of Heaven), will also be moved to Fengtai District in the southwest of the city.
Beijing authorities are trying to solve serious "illness of the city", such as congestion and air pollution by curbing population growth and the movement of some objects in the vicinity.
