Belarus plans to ramp up milk products supply to China
Almaty. July 13. Silkroadnews – Belarus plans to ramp up milk products supply to China, BelTA informs.
According to deputy ministry of agriculture and food of the Republic of Belarus, head of department of veterinary and food supervision Alexander Subbotin, 17 Belarusian dairy enterprises export their products to China at present. Another 20, he adds, are getting ready to gain the rights to deliver their milk powder, dairy products and cheese to China.
A. Subbotin also reminded, now Belarus is working to certify seven companies to get permission to export beef and poultry to China.
The deputy minister also noted there is a continuous work carried out in the country’s beef and dairy industry on improvement of raw materials processing, technical and technological re-equipment of production halls, refrigeration facilities modernization, certification, implementation of quality management system of food safety management system ISO 22000, products quality control system according to the requirements of international standard ISO 9001, HACCP.
