Almaty. February 25. Silkroadnews - Kyrgyzstan proposed building the railway Kyrgyzstan-China on the basis of the concession, reported KyrTAG referring to the Minister of Transport and Communications Kalykbek Sultanov.
According to him, the proposal suggests that the Kyrgyz side provides land, while the Chinese assumes the entire financing.
"The proposal took positive reaction and will be examined by experts. Soon we will come to the second round of negotiations", - said K. Sultanov.
