Border guards of Kazakhstan and Kyrgyzstan will hold a joint raid on the border inspection

Almaty. May 11. Silkroadnews – Border guards of Kazakhstan and Kyrgyzstan will hold a joint raid on the border inspection, KyrTAG reports.

“A solemn meeting of the border guards of Kyrgyzstan and Kazakhstan was held at the checkpoint “Ak-Tilek-road” on the Kyrgyz-Kazakhstani state border on May 10, 2016, to mark the beginning of active phase of the joint border operation “Boordosh-2016”,” the statement said.

According to the Department of public relations and mass media of Kyrgyzstan’s State Border Department, during the operation the Kyrgyz and Kazakhstani border guards shall conduct a joint raid to inspect the state border and border signs on the Kyrgyz-Kazakhstani border area. It is also planned to set the joint border patrol units.

“Upon completion of the joint border operation “Boordosh-2016” the border guards of Kyrgyzstan and Kazakhstan will summarize the results,” the statement says.
