Britain’s Queen Elizabeth II rented a land in center of Kiev for around 50 years

Beijing. February 21. Silkroadnews - Britain’s Queen Elizabeth II rented a plot of land in center of Kiev for around 50 years, the decision of the VI session of VIII convocation of the Kyiv City Council says, the Kazakh Telegraph Agency (KazTAG) reports.
The Kyiv City Council transfers to Britain’s Queen Elizabeth II 0.1622 hectares’ land plot on Kostelnaya Street, 13, Shevchenko District, Kiev, for 49 years, the document says.
Reportedly, office of 2 292.2 square meters’ area in the center of Kiev was acquired on June 30, 2017. The point in case is about non-residential premises with a total area of 2 292.2 square meters located in the buffer zone of the Sofia Kiev district.
According to the explanatory note, a piece of land is transferred to Her Majesty due to acquisition of ownership of immovable property (purchase and sale agreements No.614, No.615, dated June 30, 2017). The normative monetary assessment of the site, according to preliminary estimates, is 11,367 million UAH. The approximate amount of rent is around 568.4 thousand UAH (5%).
In a month Elizaveta II should submit documents for rent agreement to the Department of Land Resources of the Kyiv State Administration.
