Budget deficit of Kyrgyzstan in 2014-2015, will be offset by foreign income

Almaty. January 9. Silkroadnews - budget deficit in 2015 will be mainly covered by the foreign income, transfers KyrTAG with reference to the report on the stability of the financial sector of the Kyrgyz Republic.
"More than half of all revenues of the state budget is provided by the taxation of foreign economic activity which is directly dependent on the terms of trade with other countries. Change in terms of trade with the countries - major trade partners can lead to increased risk of formation of budget revenues, greater inflationary pressures and higher prices. It is expected that in 2014-2015 the financing of the budget deficit will be  realized mainly due to external revenue",- said in a statement.
Also, there are a number of macroeconomic risks that may affect the economy of Kyrgyzstan. As indicated, this slowdow of economic growth in major trading partners, the growth of the US dollar, the high dependence on the situation in world food markets, which increases the vulnerability of the domestic economy and creates risks to price stability in the country.
"In addition, inflation will depend on the degree of influence of internal non-monetary factors (gradual increase in utility rates, inflation expectations of the population when joining the Customs Union, as well as observed in the current year, the unfavorable situation in the agriculture of the country)", - noted in the report .
