Candidates for president of Afghanistan signed an agreement on power-sharing

The joint committee had originally planned to start work last Saturday, the day after the three articles of the Declaration of the wide part of a national unity government, was signed by both candidates. However, this was prevented by differences.
First vice-president in the team of Abdullah, Mohammad Khan, said that the committee will have a total of 30 members representing both candidates. In turn, the representative of Ashraf Ghani, Fizulla Zaki confirmed that the two sides on Tuesday chose 15 representatives each.
Although the details of power-sharing agreement still remain uncertain, the reconciliation of candidates over the last few weeks is already a serious positive change.
Earlier, in addition to an agreement on a comprehensive audit of the vote, both candidates agreed on the formation of a "government of national unity". On the principle of the winner of the election race to become president, and the loser - "top performer".
