Car prices in Kyrgyzstan have not grown, despite the increase of customs duty

Almaty. January 13. Silkroadnews - a sharp jump in car prices due to the increased size of the import duty from 1 January 2015 in Kyrgyzstan is not observed, transfers KyrTAG.
"The sale of cars on the market has not changed. In late December, the price rose by $200-300. Every year in January we have a lull. At the moment, we sell those brought before the new year. In early February, prices could rise, as will be brought cars from 2006. Naturally, they will cost more",- said the owner of the dealership Maksat Zhologonov on Tuesday.
According to him, the fall was the hype, people started to buy cars, not to pay more in 2015, many people bought cars, intending to sell them after the Customs Union.
"There were those who bought 10 cars. Now they will have to wait, as the prices at the moment are the same as last year ", - said M. Zhologonov.
Recall, according to the Governmental Decree on September 22, 2014 increased the amount of customs duties levied on the import of cars. The tariff is calculated based on engine size. The resolution came into force on 1 January 2015.
