China and Belarus discussed the simplification of trade and economic relations and cooperation in the financial sphere

Almaty. November 6. Silkroadnews - The Belarusian-Chinese agreements at the highest level will be implemented in time. This was stated by President of Belarus Alexander Lukashenko, BelTA informs.
"Thanks for the tremendous support that China provides in relation to Belarus. With regard to the main directions of bilateral cooperation, including the establishment of the Sino-Belarusian industrial park "Great Stone" that Xi Jinping called the pearl of the new Silk Road, I think that the problems that have been raised during his visit in Minsk, will be set on time", - Lukashenko said during a meeting with Deputy Minister of Commerce of China, China's special representative for international trade negotiations Zhong Shan.
In turn, Zhong Shan stressed that Alexander Lukashenko made a significant contribution to the development of the Belarusian economy. According to him, the exchange of visits at the highest level contributes to the deepening of contacts between China and Belarus.
The sides dealt with the expansion and deepening of the comprehensive strategic partnership between the two countries in all areas. Much attention has been paid to the implementation of the concept of "one zone - one way" in which Belarus intends to take an active role. The focus made was on the issues of construction of the Chinese-Belarusian industrial park "Great Stone". It was noted that the park is designed to become the center of interregional Belarusian-Chinese relations.
They also discussed the possibility of simplification of trade and economic relations and removing barriers in order to accelerate the pace of development of the Belarusian-Chinese cooperation. In addition, they discussed the implementation of major joint projects and cooperation in the financial sphere. Mutual opinion was expessed on the overall expansion of the Belarusian-Chinese cooperation.
