China and Hungary intend to expand trade cooperation

Almaty. November 25. Silkroadnews - Premier Li Keqiang and Hungarian Prime Minister Viktor Orban held a meeting, which discussed the state of bilateral relations, Xinhua news agency reported.
"The meeting took place in Suchzhou, Jiangsu Province (east China). Meeting was attended by the leaders of China and the countries of Central and Eastern Europe. Highly appreciating the friendship and fruitful cooperation between the two countries, Li Keqiang said that China is willing to strengthen mutual political trust with Hungary, dock the development strategy of the two countries, expand trade cooperation and step up cultural exchanges on the basis of mutual respect and equality", - said in a statement
In turn V.Orban called China a good friend of Hungary, who provided and assist social and economic development of his country and expressed readiness of Hungary to continue to support the development of relations between the countries of Central and Eastern Europe and China, and between the EU and China.
The Chinese premier called the project of construction of the Hungarian-Serbian Railways, which was initiated during his visit to Serbia in 2014, a milestone in the cooperation between China and Europe and an important element of the infrastructure is designed to connect the two sides. Li Keqiang also expressed the hope that the parties will contribute to the preparation for the beginning of construction of the railway.
