China and Iran have discussed issues of bilateral cooperation

Almaty. August 18. Silkroadnews – In Zhongnanhai residence Wang Yang, Vice Premier of the State Council of the People's Republic of China, met with Ali Tayebnia, Iran's Minister of Economic Affairs and Finance, who arrived in China to attend the 16th meeting of the China-Iran Joint Commission on Commerce and Trade, «Xinhua» agency reports.

The sides exchanged their views on deepening China-Iran cooperation in economy, trade and investment sectors.

Wang Yang emphasized, the friendship between China and Iran has a long history, two countries have a high degree of economic complementarity and huge potential for cooperation. Under the new circumstances the parties shall make every effort to facilitate practical cooperation in all the fields.
