Almaty. October 10. Silkroadnews – Russia and China have same views on the situations in Syria and Afghanistan, Li Baodong, Vice Minister of Foreign Affairs of China, said, TASS reports.
«China and Russia hold the same position on the most important international and regional issues, including on Syria and Afghanistan. The sides, being permanent members of the UN Security Council, continue close cooperation on international and regional issues», he noted.
Earlier, the Chinese permanent representative to the UN Liu Jieyi voiced his regret that the UN Security Council had failed to adopt the Russian Federation's draft resolution on Syria.
