China continues to lead in the number of outbound tourism - study

"China will experience rapid growth in outbound tourism among the Chinese. It is expected that the total number of Chinese tourists in 2015, will be 16% more than the previous year, and that China will continue to occupy a leading position in the global market of outbound tourism", - said the publication with reference to the annual report "On the development of outbound tourism China in 2015".
According to available data, the total size of China's outbound tourism market in 2014, based on the number of trips for the first time exceeded 100 million person-times and reached 107 million person-times (19.49% more than in 2013).
China two consecutive years occupied the 1st place in the world in the number of outbound tourism.
