China has set up a ten-year action plan "Made in China 2025" to upgrade the manufacturing industry

Almaty. May 20. Silkroadnews - State Council and Prime Minister Li Keqiang unveiled a ten-year action plan aimed at modernizing the national manufacturing industry "Made in China 2025".
"In the ten-year plan identified nine priority areas. These are - increase of the innovative capacity of the manufacturing sector, increasing the level of integration of information technology and industry, strengthening the capacity of the basic industries, the intensification of the process of formation of Chinese brands, all-round implementation of "green" production, providing breakthroughs in the development of 10 key industries, deepening the restructuring of the manufacturing sector, the active development service industries and manufacturing services, and finally, increasing of internationalization of the manufacturing sector", - says the publication.
These 10 key industries, according to the plan, include: IT industry of new generation, machines with digital control and high-end robots, aerospace, marine engineering equipment and high-tech ships, advanced equipment for rail transport, energy and cars that run on new sources of energy, power generation equipment, agricultural machinery, new materials, biopharmaceuticals and medical equipment with high performance.
To achieve these goals, according to the plan will be paid special attention to the five major projects, including the establishment of a national center of innovation in the manufacturing sector. Developed a set of measures to ensure the tasks relating to  deepening the institutional reforms and improve of financial support.
As noted, the plan "Made in China 2025" will be implemented with a focus on the market, although with guidance from the government.
After this ten-year plan, follow two similar plans designed to transform China from today's industrial giant into one of the strongest in the industrial world powers by 2049, when the People's Republic of China will celebrate 100th anniversary.
