China has solved about 145 thousand economic crime; seized more than $14.2 billion

Almaty. May 15. Silkroadnews - China in 2014 and beginning of 2015 solved about 145 thousand сases related to economic crimes. Seized almost $14.2 billion, informed the newspaper "People's Daily", citing the Ministry of Public Security of China.
It is indicated that, as the four main types of crimes in this category are illegal fund-raising, credit card fraud, counterfeit of goods and counterfeit of money. In these types of crimes were solved about 100 thousand cases.
Illegal methods of fundraising (pyramid schemes) are common from the coastal areas to central and western regions of China. It is noted that the suspects often use such grounds for organizing "pyramids", as the management of capital, investment advice and cyber finance.
