China in three years will provide Afghanistan nearly $250 million of grant aid
Almaty. October 29. Silkroadnews - China within three years will provide grant assistance to Afghanistan in the amount of $244.280 million, reports the Afghan News Agency (AfTAG).
According to the report the first day visit of Afghan President Ashraf Ghani Ahmadzai in the PRC determined the basic directions of deepening bilateral strategic partnership of cooperation between the countries.
Until the end of the year, the Chinese government will provide $83 million in the framework of the agreement on economic and technical cooperation. Beijing also plans for five years to prepare 3 thousand specialists in different fields to work in Afghanistan.
In addition, the parties fully agreed to use the mechanism of the joint commission on trade and economic cooperation. Countries intend to hold in China its second meeting, to "explore opportunities to expand bilateral cooperation in trade and investment".
