China is going to attract its citizens and organizations to build the defense communications

Almaty. April 27. Silkroadnews – China is working over the bill under which citizens and organizations shall have access to the defense communications building, Xinhua news agency reports.

As publication says, a bill on China’s defense communications includes encouragement and subsidization of citizens and organizations in participating in the construction of road defence infrastructure.

According to the bill, the governments at all levels are required to provide the construction projects of defense communications with privileges in the areas of land use, urban planning, budget financing and taxation.

“With the Chinese economy’s rapid development and deepening of the reform of the armed forces there are many new circumstances and problems arising in the construction of defense communications,” said a member of the Central Military Commission and director of the Logistics Support Department under the CMC Zhao Keshi.

The new bill is designed to help the builders to better adapt to the market conditions, create the market mechanism of work and achieve win-win situation in defense building and economic development, he added.
