"We have evaluated opportunities for the Chinese market, in terms of the Ka-32, it's about 60-70 cars. But I think that the market is undervalued. In this regard, they needed fire-fighting helicopters and specially trained crews", - said the representative of "Rostec" at the II Russian-Chinese EXPO in Harbin.
He also stressed that the helicopters in China took an active part in eliminating the consequences of severe flooding and earthquakes.
"Most of them drawn from the Army Aviation, but the Chinese leadership is gradually coming to the fact that in the near future is likely to require the creation of agencies like ours MES. This measure will determine the need for special-purpose helicopters", - said the representative of the Russian holding.
"Ka-32 is available in three versions, including fighting fires in skyscrapers. In addition, "Rostec" and Chinese CETC (China Electronic Technology Corporation) will discuss the possibility of establishing production of LEDs in Russia.
