China is ready to strengthen coordination with Russia in 2017

Almaty. December 30. Silkroadnews – In a telephone conversation with his Russian counterpart, Sergey Lavrov, the Chinese Foreign Minister Wang Yi said about China’s readiness to strengthen communication and coordination with Russia in the coming 2017, TASS writes.

“In the face of challenging and changing situation at  both the world and regional levels, the Chinese side is ready to strengthen communication and coordination with the Russian side in the coming year”, the publication says.

Wang Yi also expressed Beijing’s readiness “to fully implement the agreements reached by the heads of Russia and China through the sides’ joint efforts, as well as unceasingly strengthen international strategic alliances to protect the interests of both countries and contribute to security and stability both at the world and regional levels”.

According to the Chinese minister, in 2016 the parties contributed to a political solution to the problems of crisis spots and security in cyberspace, and also to the support of stability in the world and defended the authority of international law.
