China launched experimental telecommunication satellite of new generation

Almaty. January 6. Silkroadnews – China successfully put into orbit a new generation experimental telecommunication satellite, TASS writes.
The launch was carried out from the Xichang launch site (South-Western Sichuan province) on January 5, 2017, using the carrier rocket “Changzheng-3B”. The satellite is designed for TV broadcasts and high-speed transmission of network data.
This launch has become the first in 2017 and 245th on account of launch of missiles from “Changzheng” family.
