China offers to attract drivers to criminal prosecution for driving under the influence of drugs

The introduction of tough measures against drug driving is already practiced in many developed countries.
He admitted that in the legislative process, there are still certain problems and difficulties, such as the organization of tests for drivers to detect drug use.
According to the Ministry of Public Security of China, by the end of April this year, China had 2.58 million registered drug addicts. In 2014, China's drug police managed to uncover 145.9 thousand cases of drug trafficking, arrested 168.9 thousand suspects and confiscated 68.95 tons of drugs.
