Almaty. November 12. Silkroadnews - China's leadership plans to initiate the creation of a forum "Peace and Harmony", whose main task would be to establish a dialogue between the Afghan government and the movement "Taliban", reports The Afghan News Agency (AfTAG).
It is expected that this event will be attended by representatives of China, Afghanistan, Pakistan and Taliban leaders.
This plan was presented to China in late October at the fourth meeting of the Foreign Ministers of Central Asian countries in the framework of the Istanbul process. However, as advisers to Afghan President, this plan has not yet been officially promulgated, as Ashraf Ghani wants to ensure serious movement of "Taliban" and Pakistan as well as  their desire to participate in the peace process.
As the adviser of Afghan President Daoud Sultanzoy, "China has been offered an important role in this process, since the situation on the territory of the People's Republic depends on the success of the negotiations".
"In addition, China has a significant impact on Pakistan", - said the source.
Meanwhile, China has refrained from commenting on this initiative. But this week, Chinese Ambassador in Kabul during one of his public speeches expressed the hope that Ashraf Ghani will keep his promise to support China in fighting against Uighur terrorists.
Controlled areas of tribal leaders on the Afghan-Pakistan border are actively used for training and arming of Uighur separatists, which then penetrate into China through Badakhshan province in northeastern Afghanistan.
Recall, the new head of Afghanistan payed official visit to Beijing at the end of October. As a result, the Chinese leadership has promised in three years to provide free assistance to the Islamic Republic in the amount of $250 million and has already handed over to the Afghan Interior Ministry special equipment for $ million.
