China proposes to establish a center for legal advice and commercial regulation in the framework of the SCO

Almaty. June 19. Silkroadnews - China proposes to establish a center for legal advice and commercial regulation in the framework of the SCO in order to promote the economic development of the member states, reported the agency Xinhua.
According to the deputy chairman of the China Council for Promotion of International Trade Yu Ping, speaking in St. Petersburg, there are three points of view on the economic development of the SCO member states.
So, according to him, for the year and a little more the implementation of the initiative "one belt, one way" has given the first results. China has developed a program of action, as well as a document with the vision of perspectives and  actions on the concept of "economic belt of the Silk Road" and "Maritime Silk Road of the 21st century".
Substantial progress has been made in preparation for the establishment of the Asian Bank of Infrastructure Investments, launched the Fund of Silk Road. All these created favorable financial conditions for the participation of representatives of business circles of the SCO member states in the implementation of projects to improve transport and communication opportunities in the region and industrial cooperation.
Yu Ping pointed out that the governments of the relevant countries should continue to strengthen support for small and medium enterprises, simplify trade and investment, improve the investment environment, eliminate trade barriers so that the economic cooperation among SCO member states could bring real benefits to medium and small enterprises.
Yu Ping said that representatives of business circles of the concerned countries should establish a mechanism for dialogue and consultation, as well as the mechanism of multi-level cooperation. The Chinese side proposes to establish a "Center for legal advice and commercial regulation '', and calls on the parties concerned as soon as possible to format this mechanism.
