China ratified an agreement with Kazakhstan on the Transfer of Sentenced

Almaty. July 2. Silkroadnews - The supreme legislative body of China has ratified the agreement on transfer of offenders between China and Kazakhstan, reported Xinhua news agency.
"The bilateral agreement signed in 2011, was handed over to the State Council for approval at the meeting of the Standing Committee of the National People's Congress, which ended on Wednesday. The contract complies with the basic principles of the legislation and judicial practice in China, meets the Chinese interests and real requirements",- said in a statement.
The Minister of Justice Wu Ayin noted that the agreement will contribute to correcting and training criminals, mitigate the pressure on the Chinese prison and promote bilateral cooperation in the judicial sphere.
The document regulates the principles for the transfer of criminals who are citizens of another country.
