China’s economic development zones see steady trade growth in 2017

Beijing. June 6. Silkroadnews - According to the Ministry of Commerce, there is a steady trade growth observed in China’s national economic development, China Plus informs.
Gao Feng, the ministry’s spokesperson, said the trade volume of 219 zones of national economic development reached 5.6 trillion yuan ($875 billion) last year, which is a 17.5% growth year-in-year.
With this, last year the exports amounted to 3.2 trillion yuan, which is 17% more than the national average.
Reportedly, the high-tech goods exports reached 1.1 trillion yuan, 11.5% increase compared to the previous year, and imports in 2017 amounted to 2.4 trillion yuan, 18% increase compared to the national growth on average.
