Almaty. December 8. Silkroadnews - China's foreign trade turnover in the first 11 months amounted to $3.9 trillion, with an increase by 2.2%, reports the agency Xinhua.
According to the General Administration of Customs of China, in November 2014 China's foreign trade volume reached 2.27 trillion yuan, with a decrease by 0.3% compared with the same month last year.
China's exports amounted to 1.3 trillion yuan, an increase of 4.9%, while imports with a drop of 6.5% only reached 0.97 trillion yuan. The trade surplus reached 334.8 billion yuan, up by 60.5%.
During the first 11 months this year, China's total foreign trade turnover amounted to 23.95 trillion yuan, with an increase by 2.2%. In particular, China's exports amounted to 13 trillion yuan (up 4.4%), import - 10.95 trillion yuan (down 0.4%). Trade surplus amounted to 2.05 trillion yuan (up 40.4%).
In the first 11 months China's bilateral trade with the EU amounted to 3.43 trillion yuan (up 8.9%) compared with the same period last year, with the US - 3.09 trillion yuan (up 5.2%), trade with ASEAN reached index of 2.66 trillion yuan (up 7.1%).
Meanwhile, the volume of trade with Japan decreased slightly - by 0.7% to 1.75 trillion yuan. Trade turnover inland areas of China with Hong Kong SAR decreased by 8.9%, aounting to 2.05 trillion yuan.
