China to create a single open market of technologies

Almaty. July 21. Silkroadnews – China will create a single open market of technologies, “People’s Daily” writes.

It is reported that Li Keqiang, the Premier of China’s State Council, held a regular meeting of the State Council, where a special plan for the 13th Five-Year Plan on National Scientific and Technological Innovations was adopted.

The special plan primary objectives are strengthening the original innovation capacities and basic and advanced technological researches; integrated optimization of resource allocation; focusing on national strategies and requirements for the living standards improving; launch of new important scientific and technical programs in the field of quantum couplings and precision medicine; creation of high-efficient interactive new ecological networks; creation of a single open market of technologies; facilitation of reforming the mechanism of scientific and technical potential management.
