China will write off the debts of the poorest countries

Almaty. September 28. Silkroadnews - China will write off the debts of the poorest island countries, said Russian Service BBC.
In his first speech at the UN General Assembly, Chairman of the Peoples Republic of China Xi Jinping vowed to establish a fund of $2 billion to help developing countries, and significantly increase direct investments in them.
According to him, the volume of these investments could reach $12 billion over the next 15 years. Speaking at a UN summit on the implementation of the Millennium Development Goals, Xi Jinping said that China puts justice above anyone's interests.
Chinese leader have promised to cancel the debts of some of the poorest small island states, but did not specify which countries and the volume of debt relief.
