Chinese company plans to build 2 Cement plant worth $250 million in Tajikistan

Almaty. February 12. Silkroadnews - Chinese company Huaxin Cement Co., LTD is planning to build two cement producing enterprises in Tajikistan worth more than $250 million, transmits the Tajik news agency (TajikTa).
Both companies are planned to be built in the north and south of the country - in the B. Gafurov district of Sughd region and in the free economic zone (FEZ) "Dangara". Their construction must be completed by the end of 2016.
Annual capacity of cement production in B. Gafurov district will be 1 million tonnes, in "Dangara" FEZ - 1.2 million tons.
After the commisioning of these plants, 1 thousand man will be provided permanent job.
The construction will involve 50% of the local workforce, and 50% - Chinese experts. After commissioning of enterprise, 90% of the workforce will be citizens of Tajikistan
