Chinese company to build the largest airport in Pakistan

Almaty. July 12. Silkroadnews – China Construction Third Engineering Bureau will construct Pakistan’s largest airport, according to the information portal Avation Explorer.
China Construction Third Engineering Bureau won a tender for engineering, procuring and construction of the largest airport in Pakistan, publication said on Wednesday.
It is said the planned works will include a complete modernization of the international airport and runway in Lahore, as well as the construction of a new terminal.
Reconstruction of the Allama Iqbal International Airport will be a key stage in Pakistan transport infrastructure’s integration into “One Belt, One Road” project proposed by the PRC.
