Chinese President calls for the intensification of the process of creation of economic zones of the Silk Road

Almaty. November 6. Silkroadnews - President Xi Jinping said about the need to intensify the process of creating the economic zone of the Silk Road and the "Maritime Silk Road of the 21st century", keeping with the countries involved in this process, the cooperation on a mutually beneficial basis, reports the agency "Xinhua".
"We need as soon as possible to develop a timetable and roadmap for creating a "belt and the way" for the coming years", - said S. Jinping at the 8th meeting of the Central Leading Group on Financial and Economic Issues.
In his opinion, countries along the "the way" should help in the implementation of infrastructure projects, including transport, electricity and telecommunications.
China will focus on the construction of a group of objects that is neccessary to improve the lives of the population in the countries concerned, and the development of cultural exchanges along with economic cooperation, assured Xi Jinping.
